• Pay-as-you-go pricing model with bolt-based usage system

3. Account Registration and Security

While registration may not be required for basic access, certain features may require account creation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Pricing Model

MICA operates on a pay-as-you-go model with a bolt-based usage system:

• Pricing Structure:
  • 1 bolt: $18 USD
  • 5 bolts: $80 USD (save $10)
• Payment Method: Secure payment processing through Stripe
• No Subscriptions: One-time purchases with no recurring fees
• Non-Expiring: Purchased bolts do not expire

You are responsible for managing your bolt usage and understanding the consumption rates of different operations. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MICA in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to:

• Use MICA for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of MICA
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use MICA to transmit any harmful content or engage in harmful behavior

MICA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINDLINK TEC LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

While we strive for accuracy in AI-generated content, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any critical information before use.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MICA immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use MICA will cease immediately. If your account was terminated for a material breach of these Terms, you agree not to register a new account without our prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of MICA after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
